What we store, and where
| What | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Team names you type, wins, losses and streaks | Your browser’s local storage, on your device | Until you clear your browser data |
| Games against the bot or on one screen | Your browser’s memory only | Until you close the tab |
| In a room: your nickname, team and the game | Our server (Upstash Redis) | 20 minutes after the room goes quiet |
There are no accounts, no sign-in and no profile.
Multiplayer rooms
When you play in a room, our server holds the nickname you chose, which team you’re on, and the state of the game. Your device keeps a random player code in its local storage so you can rejoin if your connection drops. A room is deleted automatically once it has sat for 20 minutes with no moves and nobody connected, and we keep no copy.
Advertising
We plan to show ads through Google AdSense to pay for hosting. When ads are switched on, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure them. Where the law requires it, we’ll ask for your consent first. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. This section will be updated with the specifics before ads go live.
Children
The site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
